Course Overview

PTE (Pearson Test of English) is a computer-based English language proficiency exam widely accepted by universities, colleges, and governments around the world for study, work, and migration purposes. Developed by Pearson PLC, PTE assesses the English language skills of non-native English speakers in an integrated and automated format.

There are several types of PTE exams, each designed to meet specific requirements:

PTE Academic: 
Designed for individuals seeking to study at undergraduate or postgraduate levels or for professional registration purposes. The PTE Academic exam evaluates listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills in an academic context.

PTE General: 
Aimed at individuals wishing to assess their general English language proficiency for personal or professional reasons. The PTE General exam measures communicative ability in real-life situations, focusing on listening, reading, speaking, and writing skills.

PTE Young Learners:
 Tailored for children aged 6 to 13, the PTE Young Learners exam assesses English language proficiency through fun and interactive tasks, encouraging language development in young learners.

The PTE Academic exam consists of three main parts:

Speaking and Writing: 
Candidates are required to demonstrate speaking and writing skills by responding to prompts, describing images, summarizing information, and composing written responses.

Reading: 
Candidates are presented with a variety of texts and must demonstrate reading comprehension skills by answering multiple-choice questions, filling in the blanks, and summarizing information.

Listening:
 Candidates listen to a range of audio recordings and must demonstrate listening comprehension skills by answering multiple-choice questions, summarizing spoken text, and completing sentences.
